At Kura Studio, we deeply value your time and your healing journey, and we ask that you value ours in return.
We kindly request at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled session, or missed appointments, will incur a 20% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
For appointments scheduled more than 30 days in advance, deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date. This is due to the extended amount of time that has been reserved and held specifically for you.
Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made without rescheduling. If you need to reschedule and provide more than 72 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to your new appointment date as a courtesy. Once a deposit has been transferred, it becomes non-refundable. If the rescheduled appointment needs to be moved again for any reason, a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment date.
